Making Moves

Who:

Claire Schrader is a UK-based introvert, as well as a playwright, performing artist and dramatherapist. She is also the author of From Wallflower to Sunflower.

What:

Claire runs confidence-building courses for quiet, reserved and introverted people. The courses are aimed at helping people break out of their shell and develop a natural self confidence through an adapted form of drama therapy. Claire also offers individual sessions as well as confidence coaching. Her Making Moves website contains a number of confidence resources including articles, client stories and book listings as well as a free e-book to download.

Who:

Cat Rose Neligan is a UK-based designer and illustrator specialising in web design, marketing materials and social media management, who happens also to be an introvert.

What:

Cat runs her own business helping creative introverts show their work and gain the confidence they need to promote themselves. She offers one-to-one coaching and consultations as well as online training courses and customised promotion action plans. She also hosts a subscription-only online community called the League of Creative Introverts.

Alison Rice - Introvert Coach

Who:

Alison Rice is a UK-based Personal Coach and a self-proclaimed introvert. She has a background in recruitment and managing Leadership and Development programmes.

What:

Alison offers one-to-one coaching and specialises in coaching introverts to build self-confidence in either their personal or professional lives. Her aim is to help introverts find their voice to make an impact.

The London Introverts Social Club

Who:

Large meetup group with one member as the current organiser.

What:

Socialising introvert-style! There is no set time/venue, instead members volunteer to organise different activities, such as: visiting a museum, board games evening, going to the cinema, meals out, pub quizzes, walks etc. There are usually about ten different activities to choose from every month and members are free to participate as much or as little as they like and to leave whenever they want to.
